Senior citizens receive gift “baskets” containing fresh and canned fruit. The canned goods are collected in area elementary schools during November. Between 160-200 “baskets” are assembled and delivered by volunteers to Seniors from Hartford and Norwich each year.

While much of the contents are kindly donated, supplemental fruit and food gift cards are purchased with funds received by generous financial donations from organizations, businesses, and individuals.
